Today:

3 periods of recess. Lol. Chemistry period pushed all the way to the end of the day, from 2 20-3 20.

so the chemistry period in front is a free period. This is going to be fun :D but only for 3 weeks. After that, Mrs Liew is going to come back from Beijing and the chemistry period is going back to the normal time :( No more 3 periods of recess.

Mr Yong was super funny today:

"You don't understand Japanese meh? I thought you know. I learnt it when i was in primary school. We had to learn Japanese during the war. I fought the Japanese you know? Didn't you guys also fought the Japanese under Major Lim Bo Seng's orders? You guys are cowards. Cowards."

The Class: "Lol ........"

Well, almost no one did the vectors and EM waves assignment. But at least I did the physics file :P

Math lesson was lol. There was this question about whether the student answer the statement correctly. In the end? It was the statement that was wrong. A Math question with an English solution.

Chemistry lesson was erm... nevermind. Everyone just made lots of noise. I spent my time doodling. Zi Yang and James kept making a lot of redundant and sick comments. And by the way, thge technician came to fixed our computer. Mr Low to the rescue. it was him who called the technician. wow. Zi Yang, throughout the whole day, kept singing SNSD songs with a super high pitched voice that we never knew he could do. It was super funny. Wow, a day of discoveries.

1st post in about almost a year

yeah.

Well, lesson end early, training today. lessons end late tomorrow.

I would be in a projects group for the 3rd time this year. Keith Hanyi Wei Heng and Matthew wanted me to join their projects group about XY. Xin Yao. Why 3rd? 1st was Kai Jie's, a coup took place and the group died. 2nd was russell's. The group died indirectly because of the coup. So ta-da, the 3rd group. That is the teacher allows a 5th group member.

Math lesson was kinda confusing. Not the math part, the english part. Quoting James. By rules of substitution, what is left is right. o_o and the right one was wrong, the one on the left was right and in the end both left and right was not right.

Okay, i just ate paracetamol. Lol Panadol. o_o

Day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas.

As for me, i got 10 marks lower than her.

I had already chosen my Sec. School.
In the end, my father placed Hwa Chong as the first choice.

It's the holidays again!
I had fun during the farewell night. The teacher's performances were entertaining.
The party was equally fun. When Jun Sheng, Edward, Chee Teck and i were waiting for Jun Sheng's father's car, Edward, Chee Teck, Jun Sheng and Gabriel actually played twister in front of the security guard's office.
Nothing serious happened in the end.

Hey guys!!! i have this touching TRUE story you must read and forward it.....

At a fund raising dinner for a school that serves learning-disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: "When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?"The audience was stilled by the query.The father continued. "I believe, that when a child like Shay, physically and mentally handicapped comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child."Then he told the following story:Shay and his father had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, "Do you think they'll let me play?"
Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but the father also understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.Shay's father approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, "We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning."Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. His Father watched with a small tear in his eye and warmth in his heart. The boys saw the father's joy at his son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field.
Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from the stands. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game? Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact. The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game. Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates. Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, "Shay, run to first! Run to first!" Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.Everyone yelled, "Run to second, run to second!" Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base. By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball ... the smallest guy on their team.
He could have thrown the ball to the2 hours agosecond-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head. Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.All were screaming, "Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay"Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, "Run to third! Shay, run to third!"As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, "Shay, run home! Run home!" Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team."That day", said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, "the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world".
Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making his father so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!

I am posting as Jun Sheng wanted me to. It's the September holidays. It's a holiday but it does not feel like one. PSLE drawing nearer.... We changed seats today. I changed too. 1 seat only. I only moved one seat so I am now sitting on my English/ Chinese seat. I do not think it really matters as my CL seat is only 1 seat away from my EL seat.

Sports carnival today!! I had so much fun. Second thing to be happy about is the fact that 6A got first!!! First!!!! Better than last year. We got third last year.
As I speak, PSLE is moving towards me. Does anyone feel the impending doom over us. Better work hard to try and pull up my English and Maths mark. I do not know my total Chinese marks yet so I do not know if I improve or dropped. Still have to work hard.

Well to start off, today was a nervous, funny and fun day. The English paper was all right. The OE comprehension and close passage was OK but I had some problems with the Vocab section. Caleb played a trick(or 2) on Erica. First he used a fake spider then, he used a live frog he caught. Both caused screams(I think). Then, there was the screams...... It was on the Lead portal pr.3 science lessons. It was so funny. The whole com. lab was ringing with it until Mrs Raymond got annoyed(I think(again)).

8 more hours to the weekends. WARNING!!! heavy revision ahead. Maths, English, Science and Chinese (scream). Well, today was all right. I knew my HMT paper 2 results already. That was quick, considering that I just took it yesterday. I got 50 and a half/60. That is quite OK.
Mrs Raymond scolded us today and told us no one is to go to Lot 1. We can only go with our parents. She also gave us (another one) long prep talk before we went home.

Today was my HMT paper 1 and 2. Paper 1 was the composition. And again, I wrote 3 and a half page. The paper 2 was terrible. Today, I did not suffer a cruel fate. Thank goodness my science teacher(Mdm Mona Lee) forgot about the incident at Lot 1. So my friends and I friends survived. It happened when the monkeyman (sorry Jun Sheng) took two toothpicks and rub them together. The friction caused a spark and it jumped onto the monkeyman's hair .
